About this position
Position for IT Manager in the System Support Department for CP Retailink.
Responsibilities
• Plan and provide requirements for developing new work systems, such as managing stock balances/opening PO processes more efficiently and effectively, in order to improve and modify internal purchasing unit processes (domestic/international) in terms of supply management to meet customer needs.
• Prepare various report formats such as inventory, PR pending, PO pending for timely tracking of work.
• Manage new IT systems for users to work with (replacing manual processes) to enable users to work quickly, accurately, completely, and on time to support the organization's Core Business and New Business.
• Monitor, coordinate, and participate in meetings with relevant departments to collaborate in preventing potential issues.
• Other related tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT system support, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of system development and project management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
