About this position

Responsibilities

• Lead or delegate on-site maintenance and operation of tools, equipment, and accessories
• Supervise all operational aspects for Managed Pressure Drilling on the rig
• Train and mentor Operators
• Communicate and coordinate with internal staff, client, and 3rd party service providers
• Troubleshoot Managed Pressure Drilling equipment and implement corrective action
• Mentor junior personnel

Requirements

• 2-3 years related field experience
• High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum
• Preferred 2 years College degree
• Mechanical ability necessary to perform repairs
• Good oral and written communication skills
