Assistant Manager, Operations - Contract Logistics (Bangna-Trad Km.19)
About this position
The Assistant Manager, Operations - Contract Logistics is responsible for managing day-to-day operation activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and compliance with policies and procedures. They are also accountable for organizational and operational effectiveness, safety and security management, quality management, material handling management, human resource management, and skills required.
Responsibilities
• Managed day to day operation activities to satisfy customer at over expectation level and highest efficiency level and comply with the policy and procedure.
• To be a key player of operation development including process, equipment and especially people development.
• There is also cover for warehousing and transport process control and people management, focusing on handling, customer KPIs as of service level agreement, together with continuous improvement, safety and security in the accordance to the compliance.
• To ensure number of resources, manpower and equipment to meet the operations requirement.
• Manage the training of warehouse operation team and transport vendor.
• Prepare operational analyses for the department.
