About GAC Thailand
GAC Thailand is part of the GAC Group and established in 1992, GAC Thailand provides a comprehensive
range of shipping, logistics and distribution service from ship agency to air and sea freight, project logistics, oil
& gas support, customs clearance, 3PL and warehousing.
As part of our expansion, GAC Thailand is looking for a dynamic and commercially-driven candidate for the
role of Sales Executive, to be based in Bangkok. Could it be you?
About this position
The Business Development / Sales Manager at GAC (Thailand) Company Limited is responsible for driving business growth and sales in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. The Business Development / Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager of GAC (Thailand) Company Limited.Responsibilities
• Manage sales team to ensure new prospects are properly identified and secured while existing customers are retained, expand, and identify potential to be key account customer in order to achieve/ exceed the company annual objectives.• Managing the team's development of businesses from customer lists, local and overseas sales-leads.
• Initiating new business strategies to secure new target prospect, satisfy & expand existing customer base.
• Promoting company services, campaign, and promotion.
• Supervising and stepping in where necessary the liaison between team and internal/external customers.
• Monitoring sales performance through reports and support the team.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction & feedback.
Requirements
• Experience in management Logistics and Freight Forwarder.• Good command of written and spoken English
• Well developed communication, leadership, people, and problem solving skills.
• Customer focused/Solution oriented.
• Ability to demonstrate fresh thinking and creativity
• Compose & work well under tight deadlines, schedules, and pressure.
• Enjoy building & developing relationship with both prospects and customers.
• With own car and valid driving license.
