About this position

The Legal Supervisor in Bangpoo will be responsible for handling litigations, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise notice letters, settlement agreements, plaint, petitions, and summons for court submission. • Get involved in all litigation and dispute resolution processes to protect the organization's interests. • Liaise with courts, government authorities, private agencies, external law firms, and lawyers. • Provide monthly summaries of litigations and disputes. • Support HR work and drafting of warning and termination letters. • Coordinate legal concerns with HR team and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters of laws. • Lawyer License. • At least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in the legal field. • More than 1 year of experience handling lawsuits. • Good command of English both written and reading skills.
