Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in HR management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, regulations, and procedures
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Fluency in both Thai and English languages
