About this position
Legal Secretary/Paralegal position requiring general administrative tasks related to legal works documentation, organization of files and contract automation systems, and corporate electronics database management.
Responsibilities
• General administrative tasks related to legal works documentation, organization of files and contract automation systems, and corporate electronics database management.
• Carrying out corporate secretarial and compliance administrations such as maintaining board of directors and shareholders documents, training records, and legal billings.
• Scheduling meetings and arranging for the delivery of correspondence.
• Liaising with external counsels and coordinating with internal departments for Asia markets.
• Supporting other tasks as assigned by Legal Director/Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with good communication in English (both spoken and writing) / TOEIC above 650.
• At least 5 years of experience in Admin related works (in law firm or in-house legal department) is an advantage.
• Highly organized, efficient with an attention to detail.
• Proactive, Interpersonal, Reliable, and trustworthy.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.
