About this position

The Business Manager will act as the main contact for OEM customers in ASEAN, managing relationships and transactions with Tier 1/Tier 2 in the Seat Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as business manager for OEM customer in ASEAN and not limited to JOEM, GermanOEM, Chinese OEM together with managing customer relationship/business transaction with all Tier 1/Tier2 in Seat Manufacturing industry.
• Please take out Mercedes Benz as of today in bracket.
• Please take out all leadership on design development then please check JD for business manager in our registered system (please not refer to Assistant sales and design manager role).
• Please take out for all internal audit.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any field.
• Experience on strong business negotiation in any field of current role such as internal negotiation, external negotiation with fact and data to win negotiation with maintaining satisfaction.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in any field of automotive industry but prefer on seating industry and have chance to interact with external customer.
• Good communication on English and showing ability to learn others 3 language.
• Entrepreneurship mindset is a must have.
• Excellent personality and how to get along with customer.
