Looking for a driven and passionate Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing & CRM in Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Champion, develop, manage, and execute the retail strategy for Fresh in Thailand through retail calendar planning, launch campaigns, and trade promotions by door/retailers.
• Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan, including promotion, animation partnerships, consumer activations, hospitality, and retail collaterals.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging, impactful mall and store activations.
• Be the key marketing liaison for channel partners in Thailand.
• Prepare and consolidate all omnichannel marketing and CRM reports for regional and global reporting.
• Implement a Door-by-Door plan for events and promotions, focusing efforts on key doors.
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing/Business Studies
• At least four years of marketing experience in the beauty industry or FMCG is preferred. Experience in luxury beauty will be a plus.
• A people-focused, committed team player with strong communication skills.
• Creativity is driven to think out of the box.
• Meticulous with a strong analytical and business-driven mind
