About this position

Responsible for managing Food & Packaging (F&P) sales team in Thailand, in order to achieve sales turnover and growth targets as defined for the team & country. Strengthen the industry segment knowledges of team and build up sales team competences. Drive the key account management structure within ISM-organisation, identify industry trends and requiremnets for application development & multiplication within Food & Packaging segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop business & sales strategy as well as drive the implementation of country sales strategies in accordance with cluster strategic directions.
• Strengthen industry segment (IS) team by means of employee deployment, development, motivation & retention.
• Manage and lead the country F&P team; set target achievement & KPI to Key Account Managers & Automation Sales Engineers.
• Take full accountability of country F&P sales budget to grow market shares.
• Review regularly sales team activities, opportunities and performances through effectively use of CRM tool.
• Identify, select, manage & grow Key Accounts through Key Account Management approach with solid account plan development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Food Engineering or industrial relevant fields.
• Minimum 7 years in sales with minimum 3 years sales team management; preferably min. 2-3 years experiences from F&P industry.
• Preferably with some direct experiences in the relevant industry environments (production, process, packaging lines).
• Preferably with some experiences in key account managements.
• Good command of spoken and written Thai & English.
