Manager, Regional Parts & Services Zone Manager
About this position
The Manager, Regional Parts & Services Zone Manager is responsible for monitoring distributor's Parts performance, developing effective parts management processes, and ensuring distributor compliance with Warranty and Policy administration requirements.
Responsibilities
• Monitor distributor's Parts performance report daily basis.
• Work with distributor to develop & implement effective parts management process and monitor the results.
• Encourage to utilize Ford Standard Service/Quality Care Processes, promote them through marketing events.
• Review the OneCX report with distributors and assist to develop action plans for improvement.
• Perform analysis for customer needs and develop action plans and install recommended service process.
• Assist distributors to develop training planner and share APDM (Ford Asia Pacific Distributor Markets) training plan & strategies.
Requirements
• Degree or National Diploma in a relevant field (business management, marketing, communications, engineering).
• Good command in English (writing, speaking and reading) and computer literacy (Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, communication via email).
• At least 5 years’ experience as a service zone manager or equivalent position within automotive industry.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under compressed timing schedules.
• Experience working with dealers and distributors.
