About this position
The Mass Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, prescreening applicants, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
Responsibilities
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Prescreen applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and suitability for riders and warehouse staff positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the interview process as needed.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials as required.
Requirements
• High vocational Certificate (ปวส.) or Bachelor degree in any field related.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment.
