The Sales Operation Associate will be responsible for maintaining CRM data accuracy, generating reports, and supporting sales efforts.
Responsibilities
• Establish procedures to ensure that CRM data remains up-to-date in accordance with our business model.
• Oversee and update day-to-day operations within the sales portal.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks to maintain accuracy.
• Generate commercial reports and engage in sales-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth product testing for clients.
• Generate comprehensive reports on leads to assist the sales team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong data-driven mindset, with a keen eye for details.
• Proactive and self-motivated, showing initiative in problem-solving.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
