Senior Data Scientist position at freshket, a platform for restaurant food supplies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data science team, plan projects, and build analytics models.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement.
• Develop statistical learning models for data analysis.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models.
• Translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• 3-7 years experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL or R.
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
