Responsibilities
• Reviewing orders
• Assisting with verifying bills
• Identifying any discrepancies between bills
• Working directly with customers to resolve any account issues
• Issuing and posting bills, invoices, and credit notes
• Actively working with other staff to get needed documents and respond to customer requests outside of a normal billing period when necessary
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in an international company in corporate finance, preferably in a services company
• Proficient in MS EXCEL such as pivot table or V-lookup
• Diligent, team player, detail-oriented, and honest
• Responsible and engaged
