Freshket is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities
• Source candidates through diverse channels: online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to align candidates with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally including work in a recruitment agency or startups.
• Positive mindset and passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent assessment abilities.
