Business Analyst
About this position
The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including presale solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and find customer requirements.
• Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports or minute of meeting.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in role of Business or System Analyst.
• Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.
