About this position

The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and security of the system, as well as coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of the system so that the system can work normally and efficiently
• Manage and maintain VMware ESXi, V-Center, Provisioning, Snapshot, Storage, V-SAN, etc.
• Managing assets Knowledge base to using Windows server, Active Directory server, Files Server, and Exchange server.
• Perform local backups and data integrity checks to ensure efficient backup storage.
• Monitor the security of the system to ensure that it works properly to keep the system safe from various dangers that will happen to the system.
• Analyze and fix problems that occur with the system so that the system does not damage or cause minimal damage
• Work according to the procedures that have been set as a standard in order to work correctly according to the steps and more efficient
• Coordinate with each department to prevent and solve problems in order to work smoothly
• Support Vendor and Tag support

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience in IT working areas (Data Center, system, network, office).
• Good Command in English
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi, V-Center, Provisioning, Snapshot, Storage, V-SAN, etc.
• Knowledge of VMware and possess knowledge of current network infrastructure e.g, DNS and DHCP
• Knowledge base to using Microsoft Admin 365 centers and the product bundle of MS365 includes Azure AD and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of GPO management and grouping as enterprise policy.
• Knowledge base to Backup software.
• Knowledge base to work on the tickets tools system.
• Knowledge base to Fix VA & Hardening.
• Knowledge base to ISO270001.
