VP - Financial Planning and Analysis
About this position
The VP - Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, managing monthly financial reports, supporting business teams, preparing accurate month-end reporting, providing ad-hoc key analysis, and overseeing all companies within the group.
Responsibilities
• Forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to be undertaken effectively and efficiently on a timely basis to meet general business requirements
• Manage and track monthly financial reports, analyze differences between the results and the original budget, in sales, costs and expenses, and identify the justified business rationales
• Support business teams to deliver effective performance reporting and business requirement
• Preparing the accurate month-end reporting and presentations, including all necessary analysis & commentary, to all relevant persons and committee
• Providing ad-hoc key analysis on the business issues as necessary
• Oversee all companies within the group
Requirements
• 7-10+ years experiences in Financial Planning and Analysis role
• Has experience in financial modeling, analytical skills, and data gathering skills
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
