Responsibilities

• Provide direction for financial and accounting strategy
• Drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and accounting activities
• Enhance finance team operational efficiency and ensure compliance
• Support key tasks including monthly business review
• Support existing business growth from USD 50m to USD 100m
• Manage external auditors, Tax Authorities, and legal requirements

Requirements

• 8 years hands-on experience in finance and accounting within an MNC environment
• Bachelor Degree of Finance and Accounting with Strong Accounting Knowledge (USGAAP)
• Minimum 5 years proven track record in supporting a transformational business
• Prior costing experience is required
• CA or CPD certification equivalent is an added advantage
