Responsibilities
• Provide direction to implement the most effective go to market strategy
• Drive key customer relationships, key project negotiations, delivery and partner engagement activities
• Devise tactical activities to increase market coverage and continuously enhance efficiency
• Support key tasks, including marketing and strategic planning aligned with Regional vision and aspirations
• Execute robust sales strategies by segment via in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
• Lead account planning activities and support sales engagements
Requirements
• Hands on experience in supporting expansion plans in the assigned countries or region
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background
• Minimum 6 years proven track record in enterprise sales and/or business development
• Expertise in both Automotive Aftermarket and OEM
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal
