Sr. HR Officer (Leadership, Talent & Succession Management)
About this position
The Sr. HR Officer (Leadership, Talent & Succession Management) will be responsible for designing and managing leadership development programs, executing talent and succession policies, and providing consultation to HRBP.
Responsibilities
• Design and manage leadership development framework, program and solution by ensuring GC leader capability be able to drive business successfully and stand out in global stage
• Develop and execute talent and succession policy, process, and framework to ensure readiness of talent and successor pool to serve current and future business need
• Develop Company Scholarship Program by benchmarking practices with top companies to formulate best practice for GC
• Provide consultation to HRBP and ensure the talent and succession process, individual career development plan and leadership development are well addressed and executed according to GC guideline
Requirements
• Master’s degree in human resource development/ leadership development or related field
• More than 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Development or related area
• Past working experience in consulting firm/ multiple MNCs as a plus
• Fluent in both written and speaking in English
• Network in Learning and Development institute both local and international
