About this position

The Sr. Lawyer International Investment and Corporate Law will ensure legal matters and business transactions are conducted lawfully, provide legal support on taxation and contracts, and develop legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal matters and business transactions are conducted lawfully
• Provide legal support on taxation and contracts
• Develop contracts and legal documents
• Eliminate and minimize legal and tax risk exposure
• Process important legal documents accurately
• Provide efficient and timely legal services

Requirements

• Master of Laws or higher
• 3-5 years experience in legal profession with M&A experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail Oriented, Can-Do positive attitude
