About this position
The Senior Officer- Organization Transformation and Business Process Solutions will drive strategic initiatives to transform the organization's structure, processes, and operations for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into existing challenges and opportunities for transformation.
• Design and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
• Identify, analyze, and redesign key business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Collaborate with department heads, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of new processes and structures.
• Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in organizational transformation, change management, and business process improvement, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey transformational goals and collaborate across departments.
• In-depth understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
