The Human Resources Senior Officer will oversee, verify, manage, and follow up on development plans in accordance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in determining strategies for organizational and individual development.
• Formulate and deliver information regarding a strategic plan for human resources advancement.
• Prepare for competency development model and assessment center.
• Oversee executive potential management systems and leadership development plans.
• Evaluate and enhance career management and development strategies.
• Remain current with trends in organizational development and leadership principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in human resources, training and development, or related areas.
• TOEIC score not less than 700.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and leadership development.
• Project management experience in learning and development initiatives.
