About this position

The Purchasing - Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative activities for a purchasing and production process and flows, focusing on activities related to contract execution, and planning and will run analytics for routine operations in the order management and other processes across the supply chain for one food group in Indonesia operation.

Responsibilities

• Enter and complete all entries of commodity movement data in the system or format report.
• Monitor and handle all commodity contract applications, review and follow up import management for all mills
• Reconcile inventory with all plants and third-party warehouses' daily movements data and start/end stock confirmation
• Transport Planning, Loading & dispatch management
• Review and validate incoming invoices against relevant accruals/purchase orders, especially for major material corn and crushed wheat
• Review accruals and analyze deviation
• Analyze unloading issues through data and insights and conduct root cause analysis
• Act as primary contact for supply chain management systems, bring together data and run regular reports in support of supply chain business process
• Support Gunung endut Farm, GCI Bekasi, GCSI Bekasi Purchasing Activity

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Familiar with manufacturing and or feed mill industry.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
