About this position

The Associate, Partner Engagement is responsible for managing engagement with drivers and creating strategies to accelerate growth of rides.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible on managing drives activities and events in order to increase drivers productivity and engagement level.
• Growing Grab's presence in the area.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
• Creating and monitoring implementation of plans.
• Partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty, and retention.
• Ensuring high retention rate & increasing partners LTV.

Requirements

• Good in written and spoken English & Bahasa.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience in strategy and consulting.
• Ability to make key business decisions based on data & analytical thinking.
• Passionate about social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets.
