About this position

Reporting to HR manager and responsible for handling HR operational tasks related to recruitment & employment, compensation & benefit, HRIS, training & development, employee relations including work permit. Professionally support and point-of-contact for line managers/employees on key HR processes. Diagnose organization climates, highlight to HR Manager for necessary HR interventions. Provide prompt advice and resolution to general employees’ issues/concerns, address the critical issues to HR Manager in due course. Being an employee champion to improve morale and engagement through employee activities, health and safety program, etc. Consolidate the monthly employee movements, the changes to initiate payrolls including process the commission / incentive calculation as well as ensuring the optimum accrual on regular basis. Manage payroll vendor and outsource staff in the office. Timely updates report, and analysis required by regional and global as assigned. Collect and Maintain employee data and Personnel File completely and ensure compliance and PDPA law. Other assignment related to HR and /or company project.

Requirements

• Degree or higher in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years related experiences with hands-on HR operations
• Experience of dealing with senior and able to challenge individuals
• Good communication skills in business partnering/ advisory roles
• Good knowledge of all related labour law i.e. employment, labour relations, PDPA, etc.
• Good English communication skills (speaking & writing)
• Good computer skills (Excel, Presentation, Outlook, etc.)
