About this position
The Consumer Marketing (Vaccine) position in Thailand requires handling marketing and communication strategies, developing target audience strategies, and managing social online channels.
Responsibilities
• Handling marketing and communication strategies, build consumer journey at hospital/ clinic channel and online channel, and a roadmap yearly plan.
• Led the website performance and analysis by work closely with the agency for driving organic visitors, engagement, and call for action.
• Created the target audience strategy across platforms, website, application, Line OA and other potential digital channel.
• Responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the growth strategy for social online channel across development, design, and project management (Facebook, Line Official Account, Instagram, Social Seeding, Influencer (KOLs).
• Crisis Management with Social Monitoring tools with proactive process.
• Develop and implement social ecosystem marketing plans both off-line and on-line platform with achieve measurable results.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience across marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry and/or consumer health care product.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or life science.
• Service/Customer oriented.
• Experience in multichannel marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion.
