IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining processes for managing timeline, budget, and scope; setting quality and performance standards; and assessing risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Determining and defining clear goals, deliverables, roles and responsibilities for members required for specific projects or initiatives with stakeholders
• Identifying and negotiating project schedules, milestones, and resource requirements with stakeholders to meet expected project outcomes
• Estimating project timeline and developing project plans with actionable break down tasks along with resources scheduling and allocation
• Overseeing the daily tasks of project team members while ensuring all of them are actively working toward established milestones
• Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment including risk identification and mitigation
• Determining progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects in regular team meetings
• Tracking and reporting project status, progress, outcomes, and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan in timely basis
• Developing and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and outsources
• Identifying, clarifying, and gaining sponsorship for changes in project scope
• Providing support for business case development and Gulf’s project approval process
• Driving, enabling, and managing business change and process reengineering where required
• Establishing and implementing training processes and strategies for project members as necessary
