Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process products, finished goods, and the production environment following established sampling plans.
• Proactively monitor and document PRPs, OPRPs, and CCPs on a daily basis
• Initiate corrective action reports (CARs) and escalate them to the relevant departments when non-conformances are identified.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data daily to maintain comprehensive quality records.
• Support the inclusion of finished product results for each batch in the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
• Supervise and develop the skills of QA staff to ensure they adhere to good professional practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. (Experience in FMCG is a strong plus.)
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems (GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Thai and English (written and spoken communication).
• Prior experience in the food industry, especially beverage manufacturing, is a significant advantage.
