About this position

Assist the Head of Corporate Legal in managing legal risk and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for the Company.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Head of Corporate Legal to perform identification, measurement, control, and monitoring of legal risks.
• Self-positioning as value-driving legal partner to internal clients (Sales, Product, CRM, Marketing & Digital, Funding, Treasury & Business Development, Finance).
• Drafting and reviewing all contracts and/or legal documents entered by the Company to ensure effective compliance with the laws and (internal and external) regulations and ensure that legal advice, including mitigation of identified legal risks, are taken into account in processes, planning activities, contracts, and/or new business/project development.
• Providing guidance and legal advice to stakeholders on legal matters and protecting and supporting the company’s business.
• Maintaining and updating: (a) all Company’s agreement template to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations and (b) Company’s constitutional documents (AoA, all licenses).

Requirements

• Law bachelor’s degree
• Working experiences minimum 5-7 years in financial/ banking industry and/or Corporate Law Firm. Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian laws.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of funding transactions (bilateral and syndicated loans) and will be an advantage understand and skilled in related with bonds, medium terms note (MTN), joint financing scheme (JFS) and funding legal documentation such as APLMA agreements and ISDA documentation.
• Having good collaboration, building relationship, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and communication skill with proficient English both speaking & writing.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment with numerous works.
