Purchasing Manager
About this position
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships in order to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and is expected to manage the procurement process from start to finish. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for driving cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
2. Maintains records of goods ordered and received
3. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers
4. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors
5. Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price
6. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks
7. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
8. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in FMCG Industry
3. Minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing Manager
4. Strong Supervisory and Leadership Interpersonal Skill
5. Familiar with Accurate and Microsoft Office
6. Fluent in English
