Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align creative efforts with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing and advertising materials, including digital and print campaigns, website design, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the company's creative approach.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer preferences and develop creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
• Manage the creative budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective production of creative assets.
• Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as advertising, marketing, or communications.
• Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar leadership role within the creative industry.
