About this position

The Customer Service Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's customer service operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring the team meets performance targets. The Customer Service Director reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Thailand Dream Jobs by Huneety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer issues and complaints.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service, incorporating them into the company's service delivery approach.
• Develop and manage the customer service budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms and surveys to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
• Lead the development and implementation of customer service training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of implementing customer service strategies and achieving customer satisfaction goals
