We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for the company. This position requires leading a team of sales and recruitment professionals in Thailand and Indonesia, developing meaningful business relationships, and secure deals.

Responsibilities
Team Management:
• Recruit and manage a team of Talent acquisition specialists in Thailand and Indonesia.
• Monitor the team performance by setting clear targets and maintaining engagement high with regular one-on-one meetings.
Business Development:
• Identify new prospects and develop outreach strategies using social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, offline channels, and marketing automation tools.
• Compile a comprehensive list of networking events and develop a strategic weekly networking plan.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers and understand their ongoing staffing requirements and ensure a continuous availability.
• Present Huneety value proposition to customers and push the most effective solution to address recruitment needs in a fast and cost-effective manner.
• Lead negotiations and secure deals to reach monthly revenue targets.
• Assign recruitment priorities to Huneety recruitment team or its network of recruitment partners according to business potential and Huneety internal capabilities.
Reporting and Development:
• Perform monthly revenue forecasts to management with action plan to reach the targets
• Maintain and update your activity using Huneety CRM.
• Continuously develop and enhance recruitment skills and knowledge through training, professional development opportunities, and staying updated with industry best practices.
Requirements
• A degree in any field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the recruitment field, including a recruitment agency background, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
