Customer Experience Marketing Manager

Global leading Ingredients organization seeking Customer Experience Marketing Manager for Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the extraordinary development and delivery of local market insights to create uncommon customer experience.
• Collaborate with local teams and engage with customers to bring forward market trends, opportunities, initiatives, and targeted local marketing promotions.
• Garner category insight and create value from various markets and consumers for taste, food, and beverages projects.
• Drive creative presentations with commercial relevance and innovative ideas.
• Work with cross-functional team in Thailand and across South East Asia markets.
• Lead event management such as exhibitions, conferences, food safaris, communication planning, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2C or B2B environment from either Food Ingredients industry or Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
• Strong communication lead proven track record and excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency of data mining, analysis, insight generation, and drawing conclusions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market and consumer insights into business opportunities.
