About this position

The Recruitment & Assessment Manager will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, mapping talent, supervising the recruiting team, and conducting assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategy for man power request fulfilment.
• Mapping talent Assessing talent for promotion program Create development program for selected talent.
• Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
• Implement new sourcing methods.
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Education min. S2 Professional Psychology.
• Certified as Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying).
• Well organized and good clerical ability.
• Excellent Communication and coordination needed.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
