About this position

The Casework Officer position is responsible for assisting eligible refugee applicants to prepare case files for adjudication by USCIS.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement established policies and procedures
• Conduct prescreening interviews and case updates
• Provide support to USCIS Circuit Rides
• Implement quality control of documentation
• Travel independently to regional locations
• Respond to case-specific inquiries from other RSC staff

Requirements

• University degree in any field
• At least two years of relevant professional experience
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
