The Sales Specialist / Snr Sales Specialist in Bangkok is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, providing education and training, managing accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate the assigned products' features, benefits, and advantages to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.
• Monitor prescription trends and product performance in the market.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
