Vice President of Sales
About this position
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, collaborating with other departments, recruiting and motivating a sales team, setting sales targets, overseeing operations, building relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and expand the customer base.
• Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
• Setting sales targets and quotas for individual team members and provide guidance on how to achieve them.
• Conducting performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG field over 5 years.
• Experience in Managerial Level over 7 years.
• Effectively and highly motivate and drive sales to meet the assigned target with good communication skill.
• Good in analytical skills and People management.
