Responsibilities

• Mengendalikan semua kegiatan penjualan khususnya pelanggan skala industri food ingredient untuk Bakery, Cake, Biscuit
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan yang sesuai untuk mencapai target penjualan
• Memaintain Customer lama yang sudah ada dan mencari Customer baru
• Bekerja sama dan membantu team sales force dalam menerapkan strategi penjualan agar pencapaian target penjualan terealisasi
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan
• Melakukan survei dan analisis terhadap market serta kompetitor secara rutin / periodik
• Membuat laporan dan analisa survei market bulanan hasil kerja keseluruhan secara akurat dan tepat waktu

Requirements

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal D3 dari Universitas ternama dengan IPK > 3.00
• Pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 1 tahun. Berpengalaman dibidang Food Ingredient / Consumer Goods / Assuransi / Farmasi lebih disukai
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership
• Mampu meningkatkan volume dan nilai penjualan
