About this position

The Assistant Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a specific customer to implement Key Account Strategies aligning with company directions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Situational Analysis
• Develop Customer Plan
• Develop and Implement Customer Activity Plan
• Establish, Negotiate and Communicate Business Initiatives
• Manage Key Customer Relationships
• Manage Key Performance Areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years experience of working in Customer Management
• Preferred experience with FMCG industry with account in Modern Trade Channels
• Having skills of Sales Management, Business Acumen, Negotiation and Communication
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
