Responsibilities

• Lead site to sustain safety system implementation e.g. ISO 45001, PSM, security
• Set-up safety framework, KPI and plan according to company objective and policy
• Manage safety team and resource to work toward common goals
• Collaborate with internal/external departments, contractors, vendors and business partners with the common goal to prevent incident
• Initiate and maintain safety program/plan to escalate & maintain safety culture
• Design, develop, lead implement and ensure compliance to best practice, program, procedure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related fields or possess safety officer qualification
• Knowledgeable and/or experience in Chemical Industry (incl. PSM)
• Have basic skill with basic program: Word, Excel, PPT
• Able to communication with English
• 5 years of experience
