Trade Marketing Assistant Manager - MT Channel
About this position
The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager - MT Channel is responsible for defining strategies and plans to achieve business targets, creating promotion mechanics, analyzing market and channel data, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Define strategy and plan to achieve business target.
• Create the promotion mechanic by product by size / SKU to match with market competition.
• Price analysis and Master Promotion analysis to RPDC (Review-Plan-Do- Check) for activities plan.
• Forecast Channel & Budget management based on POS & Consumer Panel data.
• Analyze market and channel data, competitor's movement and performance then present key findings/ Action/Opportunities and recommendation for future.
• Manage and control spending of all activation programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Static or any field.
• At least 5 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Category Development.
• Work Experiences in FMCG (Consumer Product, Food & Beverage) will be preferred.
• Well understand Channel Strategy in Modern Trade.
• Good command in English both of spoken and written in English.
