About this position

The QA & QC Staff position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in the field, and knowledge of various certifications and regulatory rules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to collect and coordinate information and prepare regulatory documentation for certification of Halal, HACCP and SLS.
• Responsible to ensure that the certificate is valid for a certain period of time (including renewals, updates, and registrations).
• Responsible to ensure with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct internal audits for head office and operational kitchen.
• Monitor the production process and conduct a daily checklist review.
• Reporting all process certification and audits to Supervisor or Manager Quality Management.

Requirements

• Maximal 27 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist/ equivalent.
• Understand the process regarding kitchen operational audits.
