About this position

The Quality Assurance position involves supporting the QA&QC Manager in overseeing department performance and ensuring product quality through various activities.

Responsibilities

• Support QA&QC Manager in supervising and conducting, responsible for monitoring QA&QC Department Performance
• Preparing for external/internal audit (ISO Audit / Customers Audit / Group company audit
• Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assists production floor in Product Quality
• Continuous improvement in QA&QC Activities
• Improving Quality Control/Quality Assurance system plan in order to ensure Customer satisfaction through product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering / chemical engineering / mechanical engineering or equivalents
• Intermediate level conversation in English is a mandatory
