Responsibilities
• Being the main point of contact with customers
• Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Responsible for all aspects of account management
• Ensure service issues do not arise
• Follow through the entire ordering cycle
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years Customer Care experience
• Excellent communication skills in English & Thai
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High energy levels with assertiveness and initiative
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar package
