About this position
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to build and lead a team of sales professionals responsible for selling welding equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives selling welding equipment and supplies.
• Set sales targets, provide guidance, and ensure the team achieves their goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and productivity.
• Accompany sales teams members to key areas and clients to close sales and seek oppurunties to help cross/up sell.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the industrial sector.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential growth opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment and supplies, including different types of welding processes and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. (English speaking will be prioritsed)
