About this position

The Air & Sea Freight Inside Sales position at Head Office, Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok requires preparing quotations, following up with customers and overseas inquiries, coordinating with various teams, handling Global accounts, and more.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precise and completed quotations for customers.
• Follow up with customers and overseas inquiries.
• Coordinate with Booking team for air & sea freight costs.
• Coordinate with CS and other sections to support customer requirements.
• Prepare customer lifting report monthly.
• Prepare Customer Complain Report weekly to supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in a sales function.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. Toeic 650.
• Able to communicate smoothly both inside and overseas.
• Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
